Shipping terms

All original paintings and prints will be sent within the three working days after payment clearing date. The customer will be notified about the status of the shipment and expected date to be delivered as well as will receive a detailed invoice with the breakdown of postage and shipping charges.
Original paintings and prints will be posted through the Royal Mail in two different ways depending on destination: 'Royal Mail Special delivery' and 'Royal Mail International Signed for'. In both cases, a signature will be requested at the time of delivery at final destination or in your nearer post office.

Refunds/Money back guarantee

If you receive a painting you have purchased and decide that you do not like it, I will accept a return for 14 days after receipt. I will issue a full refund (less shipping & postage charges) providing the painting is returned in its original condition and package. If you would like to return an item, please contact me first.
